EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Arabian Porter is an online marketplace that connects customer to designers. We act as an intermediary in-between with the goal to protect the rights of each parties.
If your order is not up to expectations due to the designer’s fault, we will make sure that the issue will be resolved as per the policies mentioned below. However, note that there are situations that which don’t always cover the scenarios below, and hence we will try our best to come up with a solution that is fair to both parties.
Customers are required to notify ARABIAN PORTER of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwears, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.
Customers who are eligible for a refund will be process back to their same credit/debit cards or Arabian Porter online credit.
Returns and Refunds are NOT applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
CANCELLATION
Shoppers can cancel their orders within 02 hour of purchased and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
